In Australia you must call MVA ( Motor Vehicle Accident)instead of RTA because RTA is one the organization like MOJ in Australia so never use that name.

Most of the campaign is same like UK. Couple of points I need to mention.

1-      Client must report Injuries to his Insurance and attend medical.

2-      Own GP will provide Medical certificate which then client can claim.

3-      Maximum Time limit is up to 2 years and can be up to 3 years if client has proof of medical and if still suffering.

4-      Client must be interested in claiming for compensation instead of being forced to claim.

5-      Potential in calling Australia will generate more claims than UK PI as its fresh at the moment and centers are dialling UK for years now and people are tired.
